Management Bios

Pulse is led by a seasoned management team with a proven track record. The team has executive experience in operations, technology and engineering, business development, finance and strategy. In addition to the team listed below, Pulse has sourced individuals with expertise in sales, marketing, customer care and programming content negotiation. These individuals are available to join the team once the Company has secured customer contracts. This team has created a management methodology that was used in 2000 to drive success in Charter’s Michigan region and resulted in the region being number one in the company out of twelve regions in every financial and customer growth metric and landing the region on the cover the 2000 annual report. The methodology was used again in 2001 in Charter’s central region (including St. Louis, MO) taking that region to number one in the company. Finally, the methodologies were built upon and improved and drove seven straight quarters of budget beating customer growth and financial performance when the team managed Broadstripe (one of the top 25 broadband providers in America). We drive key Performance Indicators deep into the organization and hold everyone accountable to deliver excellent customer service and superior financial results continually. We measure our success against projected customer and financial projections in addition to customer and team member surveys that highlight areas that need improvement.
