Pulse Broadband was formed with the sole purpose of partnering with rural America to bring fiber technology to underserved areas. Since our formation in 2008, we have partnered with cooperatives, municipal entities and private groups to implement successful FTTH projects.

In addition to our fiber design and construction management expertise, we offer a full suite of telecom services, from feasibility studies of a new network to back office support services for existing companies, to meet our customer’s needs.

    Our executive team has more than 100 successful years of combined experience in the telecom and retail industries at companies like Charter Communications, ESPN/Disney, Shaw Communications, Vubiquity/Avail-TVN, Suddenlink, Fox Television, Cleartel, Edison Brothers, and Cracker Barrel. We use that experience to serve our clients in justifying, designing, building, and operating FTTH networks with broadband internet, video, and phone services—primarily located in smaller markets.

    Eric leads the Pulse Broadband team strategically and culturally. With more than 30 years of experience, Eric’s diversity in several sectors, including telecom, retail, direct marketing, and consulting provides a balanced perspective for our clients.

    Frank brings a unique telecom perspective with 25+ years of executive experience as both a cable operator and as a programmer with ESPN and Disney. This ensures our clients receive an invaluable perspective when it comes to video and telecom services.

    Terie’s 20+ years of experience in telecom brings a wealth of knowledge of both the telephony industry and the customer care and billing industry. In addition to being our telephony expert, she also integrates the various aspects of back office and billing systems for clients.
